Shipping Info

We ship packages Monday and Tuesday using 2-day air. There may be variances on arrival dates due to zip code and delivery for a residential or commercial address. Orders are not processed or delivered on Weekends or Holidays to ensure quality arrival. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Once an order is shipped, Nia’s Arc will provide a tracking number via email. Please ensure someone is at the address to receive the shipment for delivery. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please send an email to sales@niasarc.com. Nia’s Arc Botanical Ice lollies must be stored immediately in the freezer upon arrival.

Nia’s Arc intends to ensure quality arrival. We are not responsible for damaged orders due to extreme seasonal temperatures; however, we are open to help on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with sales@niasarc.com if any issues should arise.

At this time, we can only fulfill orders to the continental US. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office, and fleet post offices.

The key raw elements that make up these components are bio-resins and wood cellulose. This is evidenced by 3rd party lab testing as required by the FTC to be considered compostable.

Our cello bags are 97 percent renewable content (ASTM D6866 Carbon Testing) and meet the European EN 13432 and American ASTM D6400 composting norms for CA and other states.

Pouches are safe for home composting.
